Lime Margarita
  • 8 Litres Water
  • 2 Litres Lime Mix
  • 1 Litre of your favourite tequila
  • 375 mL triple sec

The main ingredient for any margarita is of course tequila. Depending on the flavour of margarita you may want to add a little triple sec as well.

strawberry margarita

  • 1 Litre Tequila

Bellini
  • 8 Litres Water
  • 2 Litres Peach Mix
  • 750 mL Sparkling Wine (spumante)
  • 750 mL Dark Rum

Ahh, the now famous Bellini. In our opinion there are two important ingredients in a Bellini; sparkling wine (Spumante) and dark rum.

pina colada
  • 8 Litres Water
  • 2 Litres Pina Colada Mix
  • 1 Litre White Rum

The Pina Colada is best made with rum for an authentic cocktail.

mimosa
  • 8 Litres Water
  • 2 Litres Orange Mango Mix
  • 1 Litre Champagne or Sparkling Wine

This brunch favourite is made with either Champagne or Sparkling wine.
